What is an ?

The opening session fee is what is charged for an opening session. Now you are probably thinking "Yeah but what is an opening session?" Well I will tell you it is a session or conversation between you and Uncle Sketchy that allows you to ask any questions and tell us exactly what you want on your website. In this session Uncle Sketchy will help you to choose the right package for you and give you some payment options if need be. There are four sesion type options to choose from when scheduling an Uncle Sketchy Opening Session.

Instant Messenger

In this option you have yet another choice you can connect with Uncle Sketchy either through AOL Instant Messenger or through Yahoo Instant Messenger. This option is the best for those outside of Texas if you want answers fast and easily without any charge other than Uncle Sketchy's.

E-Mail

This option is by far the slowest, but does come with an attractive $5 dollars off of the session fee. In this we simply communicate through various emails. No limit on emails, but we do ask that we limit the session to last only a week at max.

Phone Call

This option while quite seemingly self explainitory and easy has one downfall, the phonebill. On top of the session fee you will have to pay for the phone call, but if you decide to use this option that is fine.

Face to Face

This option is currently only available to those who live in the DFW area of Texas, as Uncle Sketchy's home base is there and sadly there are no frachises yet. The only downfall to this besides the limited area of use is that an extra $5 dollars is added to your session fee for traveling expenses.

Most importantly when purchasing and scheduling an Opening Session you are not commiting to buying any packages after the session if you wish you may take your business elsewhere and we wish you luck. Also, if you are a Non-Profit Business or Organization the session is a good time to ask about our Non-Profit Super Saver for the month of December!

What is ?

Updater is a service offered by Uncle Sketchy in where not only do our designers design your website, but we update it with any neccesary changes throughout the year such as namechanges, date postings, etc. In essence with this service you are hiring Uncle Sketchy as your web designer, and we will keep the site looking as good as the first day of launch.

Limitations

With this service there are some simple limitations. You are given 3 update emails allowed a month. You will have 3 update sessions or emails with our maintainance team who will update your site ASAP(usually within 48 hours), each additional email or session if needed will be an additional $10.
